What is your refund and cancellation policy?
You must call 72 hours ahead of your scheduled tour for a full refund. Within 72 hours you will assess a $35 termination fee. There are no refunds for cancellations within 24 hours of your tour, or if you decide not to show up.

Absolutely! We have single tours ideal for spontaneous explorers, double and triple tours perfect for couples and families seeking variety, and customizable Adventure Packs for those who want to create their own unique Jamaican journey. From laid-back river tubing to heart-pounding ziplining, we have something for every age, fitness level, and interest.
Do you offer transportation to and from tour locations?
Yes, in fact, your tour operator will stay for the duration of the tour and then drop you back off at your resort.
What should I bring on the tour?
Depends on the type of tour. However, for each tour we offer a checklist of items that participants should bring, such as comfortable clothing, sunscreen, cameras, and any specific items relevant to the type of tour.
